In the UK, orders are typically delivered within 2-5 days, though it may take up to 15 days in some cases. For international orders, delivery usually takes 5-7 days, but can extend to 28 days occasionally. If you do not receive your order within these time frames, please contact us promptly. Please note, we may not be able to assist with issues reported more than three months after the dispatch date.

All items returned to us due to incorrect address or the postal service not making the delivery will be refunded. We can then place another order with your confirmation. If you wish to return your unused and unopened product due to a change of mind please write on the package “return to sender” using the same packaging. This is a product that comes into contact with skin, hair and possibly blood so returns can not be made if used. If your product is faulty please see the next section.

We can only issue refunds if the product is unused and unopened within 30 days from date of delivery. All other problems will be replaced (if suitable) within 1 year of purchase, Angle UK will use discretion to help all users as much as possible.
