Angle will pay 25% of total sales after returns on monthly conversions from affiliates. Commissions are calculated on a basis of monthly net sales, or gross sales minus returns. Payments are made 60 days after the end of that month to allow for returns and refunds. Example: An affiliate's gross sales for the month of April come to $500. Of that total, $100 worth of products are returned for refund within 60 days after April 30th. April's net sales total $400. On July 1st, $100 in commission (25% of $400) is paid to the affiliate.

Commissions are payed out monthly, for previous term sales 60 days after conversion to allow for returns.

Angle reserves the right to approve all conversions and deny any conversion for any reason.
